"Felt like a bait and switch"
This ended up feeling like a total bait and switch. Everything seemed easy upfront, but once I actually needed help, customer service barely replied. I waited days expecting some kind of update or solution, and still got basically nothing back.

"Not really my style"
I personally wasn’t a fan of the designs. They felt a bit too busy and kind of cheap-looking to me, and I’d be hesitant to take a chance on them without seeing better quality photos or reviews first

"Decent overall, but the packaging was a letdown"
I have mixed feelings about this one. The item itself seemed fine, but the box arrived looking messy, and the presentation felt cheaper than I expected. It didn’t totally ruin the experience, but it definitely made the first impression a bit disappointing.

Right out of the box, my first impression was that it felt a lot cheaper than I expected. For what I paid, I was hoping for something sturdier or more polished, but it just didn’t feel worth the money to me.

"Shipping Took WAY Too Long"
I ordered from Hard Jewelry the shipping was WAY slower than I expected. I wasn’t expecting it overnight or anything, but it took long enough that I started getting annoyed.
The tracking barely updated the whole time, so I couldn’t tell if my package was actually moving or just sitting somewhere. That part was probably the most frustrating because I was basically just waiting with no real info.
I get that delays happen, but this felt unreliable. The jewelry might be cool, but unless they fix the shipping situation, I probably wouldn’t order again.

"Sizing was kinda all over the place for me"
I checked the size chart and ordered what should’ve fit me, but nope... it showed up way too tight and felt uncomfortable pretty much right away. Not sure if everything runs small or if the sizing is just inconsistent, but it was annoying tbh. I probably wouldn’t order again unless they make the fit info a lot more accurate.

"Cool looking ring, but not so great"
I did like how the ring looked at first, like it has a cool style and all that. But it got scratched really fast and just kind of felt cheap in my hand, if that makes sense. The stone also started getting loose after I barely wore it for a week, so yeah, not really what I was hoping for...
